The Institute For Leadership Education For African Democracy is a not-for-profit founded to contribute to the stability and sustainable growth of Democracies in Africa. There is a need for in-depth research and analysis of the quality of democracy in Africa in order to address the dissatisfaction from the populace in regards to governmental corruption and conduct of elections as democracy is the solutions to the major challenges of our time, from inequality to public health, climate change and rising authoritarianism and dictatorship in Africa.
